REPORT OF GUEST LECTURE

必威体育betway888 School of Nursing organised a "必威体育betway888 orientation for beginners" session?on July 11, 2024, at 2:30 pm as part of Pillar 2 (IOE): Exemplary 必威体育betway888 and Innovation of 必威体育betway888 College of Nursing, 必威体育betway888. The target audience was Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery students. Dr. Melita Sheilini, Associate Professor, Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing, MCON, MAHE, 必威体育betway888, was the resource person for the session. She highlighted the key elements of research, the skills required, the research cycle, its importance, and the pathways for advancing research skills after a diploma in nursing.

A total of 116 participants attended the session. Ms. Saraswathi Hebbar, Lecturer, MSON, coordinated the event.? The participants were engaged through active learning exercises. This session contributed to SDG 4: "Quality Education".
